The most beautiful aspect of efforts is only one acceptance is needed to succeed. No matter how many times you fail, one ultimate success, makes you the ultimate winner.

Every goal needs preparation. There is a proverb, “Victory loves preparation”. Every success that you see, is a fruit of preparation.

Success has the following phases:
1. Releasing the fact that it’s possible.
2. Starting the preparation.
3. Setting the mind to work hard.
4. Preparing well.
5. Taking tests to get an idea of the preparation.
6. Taking the main test.
7. Ignoring the failures.
8. Finally Become Successful.

The most important part here is to realize that you can do it. When you know that your brain starts motivating you to prepare for it. We become afraid of failure through the numerous examinations we take from school to university. Most often, we don’t start the preparation due to the fear of failure.

Let’s take some real-life examples. Suppose, you want to do an M.S. or Ph.D. in North America or Europe. You’re a graduate with a decent GPA. Getting admission may require a good GRE, a decent IELTS/TOEFL score, a few research papers, a strong resume, an eye-catching statement of purpose, a few strong recommendation letters, a good GPA, etc. You’ll know these things once you start your initial research. In the beginning, they may seem extremely hard, and you may think, what if I spend so much effort, and then I don’t get any admit. That’s the only fear that you need to overcome. Trust me, if you prepare well, no matter how many rejections you get, you’ll definitely get one acceptance, and you need that one acceptance.

Another example, you’d like to work in Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Netflix, Apple, Amazon, or Tesla as a software engineer. All these companies have similar recruitment patterns. Few years of experience, strong skills in one particular domain, and great problem-solving skills. All the people working in these tech giants have first realized that they can be a part of one of these companies, started the preparation, gained the required skills, applied again and again, got rejected so many times, and finally got acceptance. Trust me, they have seen the most number of rejections in the world because they are the persons who didn’t stop after getting rejections. The moment you keep on applying without the fear of rejection, you’ll not get hurt when you fail. Every time you fail, you’ll know the reason for this failure that you wouldn’t have known if you wouldn’t fail.

In short, you need to set one goal. Observe the tasks that you need to do to prepare well. Prepare hard. Gain skills in just one particular domain. Apply and fail. Learn from the failures. Keep on learning, failing, and applying. The moment you fail to fail, you’ll win. And the world will see that one success.
